With these integrations, you can effortlessly update employee data and synchronize processes and documentation. Neocase also interfaces with electronic signature solutions such as DocuSign, AdobeSign, UniverSign SignatureIt, and Connective. These seamlessly integrate into processes requiring amendments, employment contracts, or any other documents generated or collected by Neocase.

Additionally, Neocase connects with solutions like Digiposte, Maileva, and Arkhineo for managing payroll document delivery and reception, employee vaults, and archiving legally significant employee documentation.

Neocase APIs

Our APIs cater to three distinct needs:

• Services API: Create, update, or collect data with third-party applications (employee data, company-related information, tied to requests or processes, variable fields, etc.).
• BI VNext API: Retrieve data and feed your datalakes. Compatible with data visualization tools, it provides historical request data, associated variable fields, surveys, and usage analytics from the HR portal.
• Authentication API: Authenticate with the corresponding platform before accessing other services.
