After 9 years at Accenture as an Associate Partner, Didier Moscatelli was then Director of Consulting at Oracle with national and international responsibilities. In 1998, he created the French subsidiary of an international group of German origin, Plaut, and in 2003 he became CEO of the group. In 2005, he bought the French subsidiary from the shareholders and sold it the following year to the CGI Group, where he became Vice President Europe for Business Consulting and SAP activities. In January 2019 he became CEO of Neocase.

In 2001, acting as Neocase R&D Director, Jérôme released the world’s first SaaS customer service solution. He then managed the solution’s expansion from a local case management tool to a global service delivery solution recognized in Gartner’s Magic Quadrant.

Tony Girardo began his career in support and then moved to development with the Winc@all team, the first version of the Neocase solution, where he quickly became Program Manager. In 2001, he joined other software vendors such as eFront or Augure where he expanded his skills in software engineering, SaaS architectures, agility, etc. 15 years later, he returned to Neocase as VP R&D. For the past 5 years, he has used his experience to improve the technical teams and the Neocase solution.
