A Regional Sales Representative will be responsible primarily for the acquisition of new accounts and revenue growth from new Prospects. New sales are developed through direct sales and marketing activities using a structured sales methodology. The person will be expected to build his/her own network of leads with the assistance of the Neocase Business Development staff who will assist to identify opportunities and drive new prospect introductions. This person will spend his/her time focused on selling all Neocase’s solutions.

 

We’re looking for a Sales Account Executive that can develop and close new business across all kinds of industries. You’ll be working in an exciting environment with a start-up mentality (without the start-up risks), think fast paced, collaborative, agile, and open to trying new things!

You’ll work closely with our Marketing team and manage new leads through the sales process, helping customers choose Neocase as their new HR business partner.

This is a remote position with moderate travel to and from our Boston HQ, where we get the team together for regular in-person meetings and celebrations.

 

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Create new customers from leads being generated by our Marketing and Partnership channels, as well as build and maintain your own pipeline with outbound efforts.
  • Own your sales processes from value creation to negotiation and closing.
  • Consult with businesses to understand the product fit and recommend / sell Neocase solutions that align with their unique needs and overall goals for the HR and the employees.
  • Get to know our products and be the subject matter expert to provide value from the prospecting stage all the way through to closing the deal.
  • Develop a voice within our market to provide meaningful and helpful information to prospects and customers.
  • Manage and support a smooth handoff to the Customer Success team following the close of a new deal to maintain a positive Neocase <–> Customer relationship.
  • Perform other sales related responsibilities as required.

 

WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

  • 1-3 years of B2B sales experience OR 1+ years of lead generation/business development experience (experience in software considered an asset) with a proven track record of success.
  • You know how to focus on a customer’s business value, return on investment, and solutions (not feature-focused selling).
  • Clearly communicate thoughts, both written and verbally, listens attentively and asks questions for clarification and understanding. Not afraid to ask for support when you need it.
  • Achieve results, demonstrate high performance and challenging yourself and others around you to deliver results.
  • Get commitment to a solution or idea, while building and maintaining relationships.
  • Approach everything with energy, drive, and a positive attitude—you don’t give up.
