A Regional Sales Representative will be responsible primarily for the acquisition of new accounts and revenue growth from new Prospects. New sales are developed through direct sales and marketing activities using a structured sales methodology. The person will be expected to build his/her own network of leads with the assistance of the Neocase Business Development staff who will assist to identify opportunities and drive new prospect introductions. This person will spend his/her time focused on selling all Neocase’s solutions.

Responsabilities:

  • Identifying and targeting a focused list of high-value regional enterprise accounts
  • Build and execute a territory strategy to achieve realistic revenue targets
  • Identify and align with C-level and key leaders within HR and IT departments in your target accounts
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of opportunities with new accounts in the region.
  • Present to executive level prospects in a highly effective manner
  • Create a go-to-market business plan with Sales leadership to drive sales growth with and through our growing partner ecosystem.
  • Manage to make an impact within your first 90 days.
  • Tracking all critical activities within Salesforce & clearly communicating the status of a deal at every stage of the process

Profile for Success:

  • Broad-based business and technology expertise with 7+ years selling software, SaaS strongly preferred, consulting, or sales with a track record of driving successful business development activities.
  • Experience selling into HR and IT with strong success selling into enterprise companies
  • Leading & closing complex sales-cycles using solution selling techniques
  • Track record of over-achieving quota (top 10% in your company)
  • Exudes confidence with strong interpersonal & presentation skills
  • Experience of working with organizations in multiple cities/verticals
  • Highly motivated and independent contributor
  • High energy, high capacity and high velocity Enthusiasm, and passion for the business.
