Shop Direct, a multi-brand online retailer in the United Kingdom, transitioned from manual to digital HR service delivery in under 30 days. This rapid transformation was made possible through the HR Ready pre-configured HR help desk solution, and the “Ready2Go” implementation methodology of Neocase Professional Services.
Before implementing HR Ready, Shop Direct was manually tracking requests from its 3,600 employees using a combination of spreadsheets and paper documentation. The need to improve HR productivity while delivering a more consumer-grade employee experience drove Shop Direct to evaluate HR help desk offerings from multiple vendors.
ShopDirect ultimately decided on the Neocase HR Ready solution, because of its pre-configured best practices, its ability to be implemented in a short time period within its budget.
