Neocase Software now offers its customers the opportunity to integrate with Digiposte – the leading secure employee e-safe vault that stores personal and professional digital documents.

Neocase Software today announced that it has signed a strategic partnership with Digiposte, the digital entity of La Poste Group, to offer all its customers access to a Digiposte account for their employees to securely store their personal and professional documents, including their pay slips.

The employee e-safe capabilities include management and storage of their personal documents, including pay slips, with a long retention time of up to 50 years. La Poste Group is ideally placed to guarantee such long-term storage capabilities.

With Digiposte, Neocase customers will be able to automate the management of their employee digital document flow. Digiposte is deeply integrated within the Employee Document Management (EDM) module of Neocase Power and Neocase Ready, which allows the collection and exchange of personalized and customized employee documents with HR Managers and vice versa.

Digiposte can also import, file and automatically store documents from 3rd party providers (payroll providers, invoices from e-commerce websites, etc.)  It’s capable of managing the processes involved for all types of documents (e.g. ID card renewal, passport renewal, utility bill payments, etc.).  It also allows employees to share documents for a selected period with selected recipients without the need to send or resend documents.  All documents are stored in one secure location, classified and indexed with automatic notifications and alerts on the deadlines.

Digiposte also provides a smartphone app which allows full access to all documents stored within Digiposte for anytime, anywhere access.

Didier Louvet, Director of the Digital Trust Program at La Poste commented, “We are delighted to have entered into this partnership with Neocase.  This further strengthens the strong growth of pay slip digitalization resulting from the new El Khomri law. This partnership will not only allow HR Directors to provide tools that are in line with the new legislation but at the same time provide a superior service through Digiposte that helps the employees manage their daily administrative tasks.”

“Partnering with La Poste Group is a strategic move for us that will benefit our customers.” said Alain Ries, CEO, Neocase Software. “This deep integration will enable customers to further streamline HR service delivery processes, which will help increase employee engagement and productivity.”
