We are looking for our new action-oriented Product Marketing Manager in order to join our Global Team. You’ll be responsible for driving key elements our product messaging activities, sales enablement, competitive and demand generation content, internal communications and everything related to the Product from a Marketing perspective.

We are looking for our new action-oriented Product Marketing Manager in order to join our Global Team. You’ll be responsible for driving key elements our product messaging activities, sales enablement, competitive and demand generation content, internal communications and everything related to the Product from a Marketing perspective. This position reports to Head of Product (CPO) and will be based in our Paris office (La Garenne-Colombes) with partial remote and some travels to USA (events, company meetings, customer needs and so on).

What You’ll Do:

Work with different teams to develop messaging, value propositions, and supporting collateral that describe the unique benefits of Neocase for organizations and the implications for HR globally in order to build an effective Go-to-Market.

  • Coordinate and create product and solution messaging, positioning, assets, and internal communications that will help drive marketing and sales pipeline.
  • Help identify, support and manage key conferences and events – including speaker selection, content reviews, messaging support, and related event staff management – all that’s related to product.
  • Create, develop and own the process for new product launches and offer changes.
  • Champion the buyer’s journey and map digital content and assets to appropriate stages for a great user experience and campaign optimization.
  • Support our current sales trainer to develop and deliver sales training content to improve sales global performance.
  • Act as a spokesperson for Neocase products and solutions.
  • Develop a strong understanding of organizational use cases for our products and solutions and formalize it into written content for several purposes within the company.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to help refine the Neocase annual planning process, including changes in offer strategy as well as product marketing focus areas and pricing.
  • Help identify, support and manage key conferences and events – including speaker selection, content reviews, messaging support, and related event staff management – all that’s related to product.
  • Identify areas of focus for the annual strategic plan and the impact to our overall Go-to-Market.
  • Ensure that our products are addressing and follow customer needs, product roadmap, market trends and competitive forces by reading daily market news, analyst studies and so on.

  • Strong focus on SaaS strategies, curious and passionate about this market.

Votre profil :

  • 3+ years of product marketing or product management experience in a BtoB environment.
  • 2+ years of relevant experience with technology products, ideally in a Saas market.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Very strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent people skills to interact with staff, colleagues, cross-functional teams, and third parties.
  • Fluent in French and English (mandatory)
