HR Ready Lite for COVID is a pre-configured cloud-based HR service delivery platform including HR case management, knowledge base and self-service portal. It’s designed to help companies that lack a digital HR service tool to more efficiently manage high volumes of requests, and provide employees with peace-of-mind through direct access to answers during the COVID-19 crisis.
The estimated implementation time is approximately 2 – 3 days. The implementation and training will be provided directly by Neocase Professional Services (unless you work through Neocase Certified Partner).
This no-cost HR Ready solution includes three integrated modules:
- HR Case management with Satisfaction surveys
- Employee Self-Service Portal, branded with your company logo
- Knowledge base
The portal includes two languages, English and French.
You’ll be able to request access to this solution until May 31th. You’ll have free access for 90 consecutive days.
After 90-days, you can choose to stop using the solution, or continue using the solution at a pre-determined monthly fee.
Prior to the 90-day point, Neocase will reassess the need relative to the crisis, and may choose to extend the free use beyond 90 days.
