Looking back at 2010, it was a great year for Neocase Software and our customers. We released Neocase 12, the latest version of our contact center and shared services solution, and Neocase Enterprise Portal, a new leading-edge portal solution for customer, employee and vendor interaction.

Additionally, we won several prestigious accounts in 2010 such as Societe Generale, Atkins, Guardian Life Insurance, Sallie Mae, Thales, Credit Agricole/Credit Lyonnais, BNP/Paribas, Dassault Aviation, GDF/Suez, and Groupama. And 2011 already looks even more exciting than 2010. We are close to announcing a partnership with IBM and will co-host an HR Executive Briefing in Paris in April. Additionally, we hosted our second HR Executive Briefing in London in January. Last but not least, we will be announcing new solutions and releases in 2011. The briefing's topic was focused on the "Future of HR Service Delivery" and featured presentations from Atos Origin, Lloyds Banking Group and Thales UK. Among the findings of the briefing were:
