Julien has more than 25 years of Business Leadership experience in the high-tech industry serving in a variety of executive positions. Prior to Neocase, Julien served as Executive Vice-President in charge of Global Operations at InfoVista, a publicly-held $50M global service-assurance software company.
During Julien's tenure, sales grew from $1M to $30M in revenue in 4 years; the company emerged as a strong leader in the Service Provider market and grew to be recognized as the Worldwide Leader in Service Centric Performance Management.
Prior to his work at InfoVista, Julien was Co-Founder and COO of Arche Communications. When ARCHE Communications was successfully sold to Siemens, Julien became EVP of Siemens Corporate Global Accounts and General ITS Manager of the Siemens Service division
Julien also served as a Managing Director at 3Com, a global Network infrastructure company, where for four years, he directed a European subsidiary. Julien holds an Engineering degree in Management Information Systems from ESME in Paris, France and an MBA from CRC/HEC in Paris.
Jean-Charles Dupuis has more than 35 years’ experience within the finance industry, with a little more than 30 years devoted specifically to the banking sector.
Jean-Charles's career began with Credit Lyonnais between 1973 -1985, where he successfully engaged in Forex and Treasury activities in Germany, and later in Strasbourg as Assistant Director of Alsatian agencies.
Jean-Charles went on to hold other Director-level positions for: French-German bank (banque Franco-Allemande) and Lyon Bank (Lyonnaise de Banque). Jean-Charles has also worked in the role of French General Director of James Capel and James Capel Finance (HSBC).
Prior to joining Neocase Software as CFO, Mr. Dupuis held the position of Director of Investments of CDC Kineon, a venture capitalist owned by the conglomerate, Caisse des Depots et Consignation (CDC). Jean-Charles holds an MBA in Finance from ESCP (Ecole Supérieure de Commerce de Paris).
Jerôme brings more than fifteen years of software development experience to Neocase including 5 years managing a Web Agency and 4 years working on ERP. His expertise and track record in software development in the areas of Customer Relationship Management and eBusiness are undisputed.
As head of R&D for Neocase Software, Jerôme assembled a world-class development team, implemented advanced processes related to productivity, quality and project management; and developed an advanced architecture compatible with multiple platforms and databases in the on-demand environment. Prior to Neocase, Jérôme led a software development team at a Web agency business unit of Supporter, where he was responsible for all websites and web CRM solutions for Toshiba TEC Europe, Alcatel Diffusion and other high-tech companies.
Prior to Supporter, Jérôme developed ERP modules for software vendors as GP2 and Multivaleurs. With over fifteen years in software development, using cutting edge technologies, Jerôme brings the discipline and creativity required to manage a development team and build a solid technological foundation for the long term success of Neocase. Jérôme is a graduate from the French Computer Science Institute (ITIN), and the Institute of Computer Science Technology of Limoges.
Neelam Bahal is responsible for Neocase Software’s global marketing strategy. Neelam comes to Neocase with over nineteen years of B2B marketing experience working with fast-growth organisations across EMEA and North America. Prior to joining Neocase, Neelam held the role of International Marketing Director for Plateau Systems, a Talent Management solutions company (acquired by SuccessFactors in July 2011). During her time at Plateau Systems, Neelam built the marketing and business development within EMEA from the ground up. Prior to Plateau Systems, Neelam held marketing management roles with leading software companies, including OneSource, Skillsoft, MYOB (acquired by CCH) and Dixons Stores Group. Neelam is a B.Com(H) graduate from Delhi University and holds a Post Graduate Diploma from the Chartered Institute of Marketing, UK.
Dan has over 25 years of experience in the hi-tech industry, where he has held a variety of Management positions in Technical Sales, Technology Delivery, and Operations Management for prominent companies in their respective fields.
Prior to joining Neocase, Dan served as Regional Manager for a Fortune 500 industry leader, WESCO International, delivering technical products, implementation support, and complete supply chain solutions.
Mr. Walsh also managed the Northeastern US and Eastern Canada for Sage/Saleslogix and demonstrated tremendous growth of both new clients and vertically-focused channel partners. He has split his business experience nearly equally between channel and manufacturing organizations.
Dan graduated from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst, with an Industrial Engineering degree and continues to live in the Boston area.
Sean is responsible for the Neocase operations in the UK and Northern Europe and is based in London, England. Mr. Harman has over 14 years of experience in the software industry, having held sales executive positions with Oracle, iPlanet, SAP & PeopleSoft.
Mr. Harman is an International Business Studies graduate from the University of Hull, England and the University of Lyon, France.
Gwendal is a seasoned enterprise software professional with extensive consulting experience in HR,CRM and Business Intelligence project management. He leads the professional services team for Neocase in the Americas where he is in charge of pre sales analysis, implementations, project delivery and customer satisfaction. Gwendal graduated from the national institute of science in France and holds a MS from the Rochester Institute of Technology. He is currently living in the Bay Area.
Eric has over eight years of pre-sales and professional services experience with high profile CRM software vendors including Dialoca, Kana Software France and Bull Systems in Europe.
Mr Boesch leads mission-critical implementation projects where his experience in customer service best-practices is essential.
Based in Paris, Arnaud is responsible for customer accounts and prospects for Manufacturing, Distribution and the Public Sector. Arnaud has 15 years experience in the ICT sector. Having assumed the leadership of IT projects for major public accounts he has held since 2006 in positions of responsibility among commercial software vendors and Human Resource Management. He is a graduate of a Business School and a third degree in Marketing (University of Orléans).
Charles Dehaye has invested 12 years in the field of HRIS with major French and international accounts. He acquired a particular sensitivity of the organizations in CSP-HR payroll through consulting projects. His expertise in the management of contacts has been built by working with outsourcing providers.
