Position Summary

Neocase Software is an exciting, international company with offices in San Francisco, Boston, Paris (France) and London (UK).

The Technical Lead Consultant position is based in beautiful San Francisco, CA. Our office is located in SF's Financial District and is easily accessible by BART, Muni and other public transportation in the Bay Area. We are a young, growing, enthusiastic group in SF that is looking forward to adding a committed, enthusiastic and driven member to our team. This position reports directly to the Director of Professional Services, Americas.

Position Responsibilities

You are responsible for implementing and customizing our software solution and providing our customers with
support and assistance with their configuration, use, and maintenance of our comprehensive product.

Your responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

  • Being the architect of customization required by customers
  • Understanding customer technical and business requirements and scope the work effort for engagements
  • Installing and configuring Neocase software products
  • Providing technical support to customers
  • Building custom integrations between the Neocase product and other platforms


Professional Qualifications

  • 

1 – 3 years’ experience delivering consulting for technical customer engagements
  • 1 – 3 years’ experience developing ASP/Web solutions
  • Experience with Database Design and Optimization: SQL Server, Oracle
  • Strong system integration skills
  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science / IT or equivalent academic/professional experience


Personal Qualifications

  • Ability to work in a small team environment, meet tight deadlines and work on several projects simultaneously
  • Ability to work independently as well as being a team player
  • Must be able to articulate advanced technical solutions and concepts to both business and technical audiences

  • Must be organized and able to commit and deliver to project plans and timelines

  • High levels of drive, determination and enthusiasm




Desirable

  • 
SSIS experience
  • HRIS software experience (PeopleSoft / SAP or similar)
