Neocase Client, International Decision Systems, Inc., Selected as First Runner-Up for: 'Best Use of Leveraging Technology for Efficiency and Automation'

 

International Decision Systems, Inc., a global market leader in software and solutions for equipment finance, was named first runner-up for the 2009 IQPC Call Center Excellence Award in the category of “Best Use of Leveraging Technology for Efficiency and Automation.”


The award is based on the IDSI implementation of the Neocase Customer Service solution
(Neocase CS).

Neocase Software Selected as Microsoft 2008 ISV Showcase

 

Neocase was among a select group of six software vendors out of 75 ISVs chosen to be featured in a video and written solution brief. To create the integrated solution, Neocase CRM, Neocase embedded its stand-alone customer service solution, Neocase CS, to replace the standard customer service module within Dynamics CRM.
