Job Opening: Regional Account Manager
Location: Central Region (Upper-Midwest and Texas)
We are currently recruiting dynamic individuals to be key members of our Sales Team. We are looking for Regional Account Managers based in the Central Region. These positions will be responsible for leading the sales effort from account identification through solution discovery and on to ultimate closure. The ideal candidate will bring proven skills in solution selling and will be enthusiastic, highly motivated and a role model in representing sales to other Neocase departments.
Primary responsibilities:
- Manage direct and indirect sales objectives.
- Meet quarterly and annual quota objectives.
- Leverage resources including Sales Engineer, Professional Services personnel, and executive resources to win new business.
- Develop contacts into leads and work through the entire sales cycle.
- Use Neocase CRM Sales Reporting Tool to track all sales activities and report accurately on pipeline activity.
- Identify, develop, and articulate the compelling value proposition to prospective customers and current end users.
- Cross Sell and Up Sell into account base.
- Provide accurate and timely sales reports and forecast information.
- Working directly with clients, services team, and senior management to effectively sell the company’s service solution.
- Defining and executing territory sales plans.
Job Requirements:
- 10 years minimum of software sales experience preferably with experience in some of the following disciplines; CRM, Call Center, Service and Support, Shared Services, HRM experience
- Proven track record of success in prospecting and developing a territory/market.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales goals.
- Experience managing the complete sales cycle.
- Strong relationship building and networking skills.
- Entrepreneurial drive, strong work ethic and passion for technology.
- Ability to articulate the business value of technical solutions to all levels of an organization.
- Strong interpersonal communications skills - written and verbal.
