Philippe Gaillard
CEO
Philippe has more than 25 years of leadership experience in the hi-tech industry, where he has held a variety of executive positions spanning product development, operations, sales and business strategy with leading companies. Prior to joining Neocase, Philippe served as President and co founder of Supporter, a company specializing in customer support and help desk (via phone, internet, and on site). Under his leadership Supporter's revenues grew ten-fold, the workforce grew to over 400 employees and its customer base expanded to hundreds of companies throughout Europe and the United States. While at Supporter, Philippe initiated the concept and development of Neocase Software solutions for use at Supporter and for the use of companies of any size and industry. Prior to Supporter, Philippe was President of GM Technology, a telecommunications software vendor for the Apple Macintosh platform where he demonstrated his dedication to developing and building groundbreaking technologies. -
Julien Dahan
President & COO
Julien has more than 25 years of Business Leadership experience in the High-Tech industry serving in a variety of executive positions. Prior to Neocase, Julien served as Executive Vice President in charge of Global Operations at InfoVista, a publicly-held $50M global service-assurance software company. During Julien's tenure, sales grew from $1M to $30M in revenue in 4 years; the company emerged as a strong leader in the Service Provider market and grew to be recognized as the Worldwide Leader in Service Centric Performance Management. Prior to his work at InfoVista, Julien was Co-Founder and COO of Arche Communications. When ARCHE Communications was successfully sold to Siemens, Julien became EVP of Siemens Corporate Global Accounts and General ITS Manager of the Siemens Service division. Julien also served as a Managing Director at 3Com, a global Network infrastructure company, where for four years, he directed a European subsidiary. Julien holds an Engineering degree in Management Information Systems from ESME in Paris, France and an MBA from CRC/HEC in Paris. -
Jean-Charles Dupuis
Company Secretary
Jean-Charles Dupuis has more than 35 years’ experience within the finance industry, with a little more than 30 years devoted specifically to the banking sector. Jean-Charles career began with Credit Lyonnais between 1973 -1985, where he successfully engaged in Forex and Treasury activities in Germany, and later in Strasbourg as Assistant Director of Alsatian agencies. Jean-Charles went on to hold other Director-level positions for: French-German bank (banque Franco-Allemande) and Lyon Bank (Lyonnaise de Banque). Jean-Charles has also worked in the role of French General Director of James Capel and James Capel Finance (HSBC). Prior to joining Neocase Software as Company Secretary, Mr. Dupuis held the position of Director of Investments of CDC Kineon, a venture capitalist owned by the conglomerate, Caisse des Depots et Consignation (CDC). Jean-Charles holds an MBA in Finance from ESCP (Ecole Supérieure de Commerce de Paris). -
Jerome Menard
CTO
Jerôme brings more than fifteen years of software development experience to Neocase including 5 years managing a Web Agency and 4 years working on ERP. His expertise and track record in software development in the areas of Customer Relationship Management and eBusiness are undisputed. As head of R&D for Neocase Software, Jerôme assembled a World class development team, implemented advanced processes related to productivity, quality and project management; and developed an advanced architecture compatible with multiple platforms and databases in the on-demand environment. For each consecutive year, 2006-2008, the R&D team was awarded the certification of ‘Microsoft Gold Partner’. Prior to Neocase, Jérôme led a software development team at a Web agency business unit of Supporter, where he was responsible for all websites and web CRM solutions for Toshiba TEC Europe, Alcatel Diffusion and other high tech companies. Prior to Supporter, Jérôme developed ERP modules for software vendors as GP2 and Multivaleurs. With over fifteen years in software development, using cutting edge technologies, Jerôme brings the discipline and creativity required to manage a development team and build a solid technological foundation for the long term success of Neocase. Jérôme is a graduate from the French Computer Science Institute (ITIN), and the Institute of Computer Science Technology of Limoges. -
Patrick Lemesle
Senior VP, EMEA
Patrick has more than 20 years of business leadership experience in the high tech industry, specializing in Customer Relationship Management (CRM). Prior to Neocase, Patrick was CEO of Dialoca, a CRM voice solutions vendor, where he developed strong business partnerships with major telecommunication vendors. Prior to working for Dialoca, Patrick served as Managing Director at Kana, a US CRM vendor, where he founded a successful French subsidiary. Throughout his career, Patrick has demonstrated business excellence and expertise in a variety of executive positions in large global companies such as: Bull, Bosch Telecom & Alcatel. Patrick is a graduate of INPG in Grenoble, France, where he earned a Bachelors of Science degree in Engineering. -
Eric Boesch
Director of Technology Services, EMEA
Eric has over eight years of pre-sales and professional services experience with high profile CRM software vendors including Dialoca, Kana Software France and Bull Systems in Europe. Eric leads mission critical implementation projects where his experience of customer service best-practices is essential. -
Dan Walsh
Director of Technology Services, Americas
Dan has over 25 years of experience in the hi-tech industry, where he has held a variety of Management positions in Technical Sales, Technology Delivery, and Operations Management for prominent companies in their respective fields. Prior to joining Neocase, Dan served as Regional Manager for a Fortune 500 industry leader, WESCO International, delivering technical products, implementation support, and complete supply chain solutions. Walsh also managed the Northeastern US and Eastern Canada for Sage/Saleslogix and demonstrated tremendous growth of both new clients and vertically-focused channel partners. He has split his business experience nearly equally between channel and manufacturing organizations. Dan graduated from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst, with an Industrial Engineering degree and continues to live in the Boston area. -
Ken Melchin
Director of Sales & Channels, Americas
Ken oversees Sales and Channels for the Americas at Neocase Software, a global provider of technology solutions for Shared Service Organizations. He has over 27 years experience in the software arena, and has been involved with deploying several-thousand successful implementations for his clients. His experience spans working for both enterprise and emerging growth organizations. Melchin is a graduate of Curry College, having earned a Bachelors Degree in dual studies: Business Administration and Political Science. He is President of the Northeast Business Marketing Association (BMA), an industry association of marketing professionals. Mr. Melchin has achieved Certified Business Consultant (CBC) status from the BMA, and is also ITIL certified. -
Joerg Koehler
Director of Marketing, Americas
Joerg Koehler is responsible for all corporate branding, marketing programs, and product marketing for Neocase Software in the United States. He has nearly 15 years of experience in marketing communications and product marketing for software and other high-tech companies in the US and in Germany. In the past, Mr. Koehler held senior marketing positions at software companies such as Canto Software, PrimeResponse (acquired by Chordiant Software), and Intershop Communications as well as other high-tech and media companies such as GlobalEnglish Corporation and Bertelsmann. Mr. Koehler holds an MBA from Europe University Viadrina, Frankfurt, Germany and currently resides in the Bay Area.
